OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Avocet Medical Limited, referred to hereafter as Avocet Medical, is registered in England as a First Aid Training provider.
2. Prices of training will be based on a 'per student' basis with the minimum number of students for most courses being 8. Individual packages may be negotiable dependant on course type and volume of students.
3. All prices will be subject to the addition of VAT at the standard rate of 17.5%.
4. On completion of a training course, clients will be invoiced accordingly. Payment in full will be expected within 30 days of the date of the invoice.
5. Clients paying in advance of the course or within 7 days of the date of the invoice will be eligible for a 2% discount.
6. If for any reason Avocet Medical has to cancel a course, they will endeavour to agree an alternative date for the course with the client and refund any payment made to them by the client with respect to the cancelled course.
7. If for any reason a client cancels a course, the following cancellation charges will apply:
• Cancellation within 21 days of the course start date - 50% of the course fee - based on minimum of 8 students.
  Avocet Medical reserves the right to waive this fee subject to the client agreeing to re-schedule the training within the proceding 3 months
• Cancellation within 7 days of the course start date - 100% of the course fee - based on minimum of 8 students.
8. These terms and conditions are subject to periodic review.
